I'm back in Brekenridge CO. for week in September on vacation, does anyone
know where I may be able to get my fix of gliding in that area?
As I won't have my UK license validated by the FAA, it would be a ride in
the back I'd be looking for. The only thing I can find is trial flights at
inflated prices.
Cheers

Hi Rob,
I'm not sure exactly where Breckenridge is relative to Boulder, CO, but I
had a nice time flying from www.milehighgliding.com in Boulder on March
12th. I flew in their Grob 103 for checkout rides and then in their Grob
102. It didn't seem to be a good wave day, but I got up to 12,000 in
thermals and flew over the mountains a little in an attempt to connect with
the rotor clouds, but it didn't work that day. Beautiful scenery. Nice
people.
Best Regards,
